Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Asheville, NC

Pay Range: $20.50-20.90

Shift: First or Second

What's the Job?

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies according to design specifications and quality standards.
• Select components, align, and assemble them in proper sequence by drilling holes, adding rivets, screws, bolts, braces, tape, cement, or solder to meet specifications.
• Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components in cabinets following the Sequence of Events (SOE).
• Use a variety of hand tools, drills, rivet guns, saws, hy-pot testers, and drill presses to complete tasks.
• Inspect parts during sub-assembly and at key points to ensure quality standards are met before moving to the next workstation.

What's Needed?

• Ability to pick up 35 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks associated with assembly work.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and color codes.
• Willingness to cross-train and support various operations on the line.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude.
