Job Description

You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, working directly with ownership and executive leadership.
Typical Projects Include:
- $20M+ commercial site developments
- $15M+ industrial/specialty facilities (~50,000 SF range)
- Additions for repeat entertainment/retail clients
- High-end urban restaurant build-outs
This is primarily ground-up commercial construction .

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years of onsite construction experience
* Proven delivery of $20M-$50M groundup commercial projects
* Background with a reputable, larger GC strongly preferred
* Stable work history (ideally 2-3 employers over 10 years)
* Strong field leadership skills: site supervision, scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination
* Commercial groundup experience required (no multifamily)
