Temporary Onsite Recruiter

Position Title: Temporary Onsite Recruiter Wage: $22.00 - $24.00/hour, depending on experience This position will be a temp-hire onsite recruiter for QPS onsite in Littleton, CO. The primary purpose will be to assist employees at the QPS desk, conduct telephone interviews, lead facility tours, verify I-9s, perform drug and background screening, and onboard new associates. Onsite Recruiter Responsibilities Answer job applications and follow up on referrals. Lead facility tours for prospective associates Provide regular updates to client supervisors, client HR and QPS corporate departments Run the E-Verify process and send documents to candidates, perform drug screens, and handle onboarding Properly document all candidate and client records in the system Manage attendance and callouts for 1st shift; backup for 3rd and 2nd as required Process CO state sick time requests and referrals to CO FAMLI Assist and investigate in the event of a workplace injury, reasonable suspicion, or harassment/bullying Requirements for Onsite Recruiter Customer service/recruiting experience preferred Good with computers, fast learner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptable to changing work demands and shifting focus Ability to work quickly and accurately Ability to mitigate conflict and handle stressful situations Excellent attendance Ability to multi-task, work well with others, exemplify patience and be team oriented Ability to physically leave the desk for facility tours and clean room safety walks Ability to occasionally lift up to 24 lbs Application Deadline: None, Always Accepting Candidates IND135 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
