Sample Supervisor

About this opportunity The Sample Supervisor will manage 4-6 Sample Processors and oversee sample management and merchandising events. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and supporting PTS, Merchants, and cross‑functional partners. Effective communication, attention to detail, and relationship management are essential. Base salary range: $67,800 to $79,000. Additional compensation varies by position and location. What you will do and what you will learn Manage / Support Sample Processing and Merchandising Events Supervise daily work of Sample Processors. Serve as a resource for ongoing Sample training and day‑to‑day questions. Manage daily merchandising events and support merchant needs to optimize event space. Act as subject matter expert for Sample and Events processes. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to associates, setting performance standards and deadlines. Oversee Sample Processors Performance Motivate and support the team to meet deliverables. Assess individuals against performance standards and identify improvement areas. Set clear expectations and align with Sample Processors. Prioritize Work and Allocate Resources Coordinate with PTS and Merchants on priority volume of samples for each day or week. Analyze information to allocate resources and flex the team during workload peaks and valleys. Recommend reassignments to the Manager based on long‑term workload shifts. Drive Processes and Process Improvements Maintain strong knowledge of the sample tool and processes. Partner with PTS and Manager to identify and implement process improvements. Synthesize best practices and share across the organization. Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as PTS, Merchandising, Mailroom, and other Business Partners. Proactively problem‑solve issues and propose solutions. Communication Clearly and directly communicate expectations, goals, tasks, and strategies to the team. Adapt communication style to ensure clear understanding across audiences. Keep Manager informed of important matters and problems. What you need to be successful Associate’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of proven work experience in relevant roles. 2+ years of proven supervisor/manager experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Demonstrated decision‑making ability. Process‑oriented with experience implementing strict process guidelines. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office.
