Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions upon admission and throughout the hospital stay.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments following physicians' orders.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document patient responses, vital signs, and progress.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families about their diagnosis, treatments, and post-discharge care.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license and current BLS certification required.
  
  
• 
  ADN or higher nursing degree from an accredited program.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in Med/Surg or nephrology.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced setting.
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of Meditech documentation system preferred.
