Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals and individual patient needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their caregivers to promote adherence to therapy and understanding of treatment goals.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, discussing patient interventions and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Set and meet minimum utilization goals and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapy services cater to a diverse patient population with a wide range of needs, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. The ability to adapt treatment strategies based on individual challenges—whether recovering from post-surgical rehabilitation or managing chronic pain—is crucial to the success of our therapy practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Proficient in documentation and data entry, with familiarity in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, although candidates with a Bachelor's degree and appropriate experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with diverse treatment methodologies and patient populations is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
