Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Engage in ongoing education regarding innovative treatment methodologies and implement best practices in physical therapy.
• Liaise with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and address patients' diverse needs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and therapeutic modalities following professional documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress towards goals in adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster communication with patients, educating them on their conditions, treatment processes, and ways to enhance their rehabilitation outcomes.
• Take part in leadership activities such as community outreach to educate the public on health-promoting lifestyles and developing programs that enhance service delivery.
• Contribute to team meetings and committee involvement to ensure alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in outpatient settings is preferred, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
