Work Environment

The clinic spans an impressive 5,000 square feet and is designed to provide a welcoming and motivating environment for both patients and staff. We have invested in state-of-the-art equipment and technology to facilitate effective rehabilitation techniques, with an emphasis on sports medicine. You will work onsite with two fellow physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA) in a collaborative and fast-paced outpatient office setting, focusing on personalized patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Elite Rehab Clinic, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality therapy, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to meet individual goals.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on home exercises and wellness strategies to promote self-management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) software, such as WebPT.
• Handle an efficient caseload, seeing 2-3 patients per hour while ensuring attentive and personalized care.
• Stay connected with continuous professional development and best practices in physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

Applicants for the Physical Therapist position must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid state Physical Therapist License.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures against the license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and hands-on treatment techniques.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to ensure efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in orthopedic outpatient care, is required, candidates with a deep understanding of sports medicine and rehabilitation techniques will be highly regarded. Experience in developing individualized fitness and wellness regimens will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
