Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical abilities and limitations, using standardized evaluation tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide interventions and ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient response.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, the treatment process, and strategies to promote self-management and wellness.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Flexi Rise offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
