Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, including patient history review and specific assessments, to determine individual therapy plans and document findings effectively.

• Implement treatment protocols tailored to the evaluation findings, adapting strategies as needed to enhance patient progress in accordance with evolving healthcare standards.
• Consult with interdisciplinary team members when necessary, documenting changes in a patient's condition and making timely adjustments to the care plan.
• Manage discharge planning and aftercare, ensuring comprehensive documentation throughout the patient's journey, from initial assessments to discharge summaries.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an organized patient schedule.
• Participate in departmental goal-setting initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, pursuing further education and serving as a clinical instructor to guide students in their training.
• Promote a superior patient experience by being flexible and responsive to individual needs while assisting in reducing barriers to care.
• Actively participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to amplify the clinic's presence and build relationships within the local health community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
