Human Resources Generalist Salary: $60,000-$69,000 annually Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a knowledgeable and adaptable Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR resource for employees and support the day-to-day needs of a growing organization. This position is best suited for an HR professional with at least three years of experience who thrives in a small business environment and enjoys taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities. The HR Generalist will oversee key functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, open enrollment, compliance, policy administration, payroll support, and offboarding. This role will also maintain employee records, support training initiatives, assist with HR reporting, and help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Beyond traditional HR responsibilities, this position will provide front desk support and collaborate closely with all departments to support business operations. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while building positive relationships throughout the organization.
