Work Environment

This onsite position is set within a collaborative rehabilitation facility equipped with advanced technology and treatment modalities. You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), working closely together to deliver high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their objectives and requirements in a healthcare setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Oversee a manageable workload, treating one patient per hour while ensuring high-quality care and attention to detail.
• Provide cost-effective treatment options that aim to improve patient mobility and overall quality of life.
• Work to minimize reliance on medications and explore non-surgical alternatives through effective rehabilitation methods.
• Instruct and motivate patients through tailored fitness and wellness programs designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance.
• Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining open communication with patients about their treatment and recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
• Continuously assess treatment outcomes and modify care plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation following surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is mandatory, with no history of disciplinary actions against the license.
• A strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription is essential.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT or equivalent platforms, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in developing effective exercise regimens tailored for individual patients.
• Experience in providing treatment for sports-related injuries is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and paid time off.
