Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Jersey Shore University Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with colleagues and healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family-centered education for health optimization and disease management. Participate in multidisciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions and continuity of care. Requirements Education BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire Experience Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience or participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program Endoscopy nursing experience preferred Licenses & Certifications Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire ACLS required within 60 days of hire PALS required within 60 days of hire About Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack Meridian Health is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
