Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include a range of clinically focused tasks aimed at ensuring quality mental health care. Specific duties entail:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and historical context, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and family systems therapy—tailored to individuals, groups, and families.

• Coordinating care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to guarantee integrated approaches to treatment.

• Providing crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing therapeutic techniques and maintaining a calm, supportive presence.

• Participating in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health education and support local resources to enhance community engagement.

Qualifications\n

We require that candidates possess:

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling you to effectively engage with individuals from varied backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in community mental health settings, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, and a background in delivering teletherapy services. Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
