As a remote-based organization, we embrace technology to create a seamless telehealth environment that accommodates the needs of both clients and team members. This position allows for flexible scheduling within standard business hours, encompassing Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our telehealth platform facilitates real-time interaction with clients, offering support in a safe and confidential setting from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions to clients, ensuring that treatment plans align with their individual needs and goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to continually assess and adapt treatment strategies, enhancing the effectiveness of care for our clients.

• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic clinical records, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and legal standards.

• Equip clients with practical coping strategies to foster resilience and long-term mental health improvements.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and determine the most effective therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse patient population, encompassing various backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.

• Valid and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling in a community or private practice setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
