Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based evaluation techniques to create tailored treatment strategies.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic sessions, employing various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant methods.

• Set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and monitor progress through regular reviews and feedback sessions.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously in accordance with ethical standards and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
