This position offers a remote work setting, providing you the flexibility to deliver therapy services from the comfort of your home while also allowing you to serve clients in the Corpus Christi area through our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status during initial consultations.

• Develop tailored therapeutic strategies that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.

• Maintain regular appointments with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to facilitate effective treatment.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic client care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with clinical standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with a range of psychological issues. You will extend your expertise to individuals grappling with substance use disorders, emotional and behavioral challenges, and disorders like anxiety and depression. Your role is essential in fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and set achievable life goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid state counseling license (LPC) is mandatory.

• Previous clinical experience, particularly in outpatient settings, is preferred.

• Proficiency in digital communication tools relevant for remote counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in treating clients with dual diagnoses, particularly co-occurring disorders.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Prior experience working with vulnerable populations, including veterans and trauma survivors.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have potential access to a sign-on bonus.
