¿Te apasiona ayudar a los demás y brindar un servicio excepcional? Buscamos profesionales comprometidos para unirse a nuestro equipo como Representantes de Servicio al Cliente , desempeñando un papel clave en la experiencia de nuestros afiliados y clientes.
En esta posición, serás el primer punto de contacto , brindando apoyo telefónico, atendiendo las necesidades de los afiliados desde la primera interacción siempre que sea posible y garantizando una experiencia de servicio profesional, empática y eficiente .
Además, existen oportunidades de desarrollo para brindar servicios a clientes en Estados Unidos , lo que te permitirá ampliar tu experiencia profesional en un entorno dinámico e internacional.
Responsabilidades principales
- Atender llamadas de los afiliados y proporcionar información clara sobre sus planes de salud.
- Orientar y educar a los afiliados sobre coberturas, beneficios y promociones de sus planes (temas no clínicos).
- Documentar las consultas, acciones realizadas y seguimientos, garantizando precisión y cumplimiento .
- Escalar situaciones o quejas no resueltas a los supervisores o departamentos correspondientes.
- Participar en llamadas salientes, proyectos del Centro de Contacto y programas de capacitación .
- Mantener la confidencialidad de la información y cumplir con regulaciones como HIPAA y las políticas internas.
Requisitos
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente .
- Diploma de escuela superior requerido (créditos universitarios preferidos).
- Conocimiento en aplicaciones informáticas y Microsoft Office .
- Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal, escrita y lectura .
- Español o Bilingüe (español e inglés) preferido , especialmente para oportunidades que brindan servicios de apoyo a clientes en Estados Unidos.
- Alta orientación al servicio, empatía y actitud proactiva .
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo y feriados, 8:30am - 12:30pm o 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
- (Se requiere disponibilidad completa Lunes a Viernes 8:30am - 5:30pm por 3 semanas para atender adiestramiento).

Ubicación: Presencial en Guaynabo o Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Luego de 3 meses de vigencia de empleo, se ofrese oportunidad de empleo con modalidad remoto , sujeto a necesidad operacional y evaluaciones de desempeño.

Salario: $12.00 español / $12.75 Bilingüe (espanol e inglés).
