We're on the lookout for a meticulous Business Analyst with a deep understanding of SaaS platforms. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our strategic initiatives, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Your insights will be pivotal in ensuring our product evolution aligns seamlessly with market demands and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories. Perform market research to identify industry trends, competitor products, and potential areas for product enhancement. Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure that solutions meet business goals. Assist in the creation of data-driven reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes. Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine solutions. Provide training and support to users, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and changes. Continuously monitor analytics and user feedback to drive improvements in the product. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the SaaS sector. Strong proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience in the promotional product industry or similar B2B environments. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other requirement management platforms.
