Requirements

• Previous Human Resources experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to partner effectively with leadership and employees at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments

Job Duties

• Support daily Human Resources operations in a manufacturing facility
• Partner with managers and employees to promote a positive workplace culture
• Assist with employee relations, onboarding, and HR administrative functions
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support recruiting and hiring initiatives as needed
• Assist leadership with HR-related projects and operational initiatives
• Help ensure compliance with employment policies and workplace regulations
• Respond to employee questions and provide HR support across the organization
• Perform additional Human Resources duties as assigned
