Exec Sous is a Kitchen manager role and peer to the current Kitchen manager / executive chef reporting to the GM / owners. They will share Team management and supervision including hiring, training, assessments and discipline of the BOH team Inventory control and ordering, including PARs and reorders, loss management, portions and controls. Menu execution planning and support, including support for dish design and presentation Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including hygiene and safety and maintaining food quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr Waters Edge Winery Midlothian
