Job Description

A well-established retail organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across a variety of leadership and professional positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate identification through offer acceptance.

The ideal candidate will have corporate recruiting experience and a strong background in sourcing and recruiting candidates across different levels of an organization. This individual should be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance
\n
• Source, identify, screen, and refer qualified candidates using Indeed, social media, networking, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels
\n
• Utilize Indeed as a primary sourcing platform to proactively identify candidates and build talent pipelines
\n
• Recruit for a variety of positions, including Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and Vice President-level roles
\n
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies
\n
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with open positions
\n
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
\n
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, online recruiting platforms, and other proactive recruiting methods
\n
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
\n
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
\n
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate and timely information within the Applicant Tracking System
\n
• Stay organized and manage multiple recruiting priorities while ensuring strong follow-through
\n
• Maintain knowledge of recruiting best practices and applicable employment laws

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
\n
• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
\n
• Previous recruiting experience in a corporate environment
\n
• Proven experience directly sourcing and recruiting candidates
\n
• Experience recruiting across a range of positions and organizational levels
\n
• Experience recruiting for management and leadership-level positions is preferred
\n
• Hands-on experience using Indeed for recruiting and candidate sourcing is required
\n
• Experience recruiting in a retail environment is preferred, but not required
\n
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus
\n
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
\n
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage competing priorities
\n
• Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
\n
• General knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
