Orants.ai is looking for a Freelance B2B Sales - US IT Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients in the Information Technology industry, helping to connect them with top-tier talent to fulfill their recruitment needs.
As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their hiring challenges and provide tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals. Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of the US IT job market and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Experience in using CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
