Associate Director, Integrated Analytics, IMM-Psoriatic

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director of Integrated Analytics for the Immunology Psoriatic portfolio in Horsham, PA. The role leads analytics integration to generate business insights, advise marketing and sales teams, and drive commercial strategy execution while fostering a results-oriented, Credo-based culture.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute analytics addressing immunology marketing and sales strategy and performance
- Integrate disparate data sources to answer key business questions and identify growth opportunities
- Develop actionable insights and influence business partners at all levels to drive decision-making
- Lead analytics integration across the Strategic Insights and Analytics team
- Stay current with healthcare and pharmaceutical industry trends affecting psoriatic business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years business experience in marketing, finance, analytics, or consulting
- Current or prior pharmaceutical industry experience with knowledge of pharma datasets
- Broad analytical and market research methodology expertise
- Strong data storytelling, visualization, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work on-site 3 days/week in Horsham, PA and travel domestically up to 10%
