Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish a thorough understanding of each client's unique needs and mental health history.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and other clinically validated techniques.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, detailing treatment progress and adjustments to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will employ evidence-based interventions tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship aimed at facilitating their recovery and strengthening their coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, coupled with a valid and active LPCC license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
