Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing technology, ensuring clients feel safe, respected, and supported throughout their journey.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to facilitate meaningful change in clients’ lives.

• Act as an advocate for your clients, guiding them in setting realistic and attainable personal goals that promote growth and recovery.

• Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on care strategies with fellow healthcare professionals.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and those tackling co-occurring mental health disorders. Clients may include adults who are navigating the complications of substance use disorders and seeking support in rebuilding their lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of California with no disciplinary actions on record.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with your experience and expertise.
