Recruiter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support corporate recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while supporting efficient hiring processes from initial application through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service focused, and experienced in coordinating multiple recruiting activities simultaneously. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to help attract and hire top talent. Key Responsibilities Review candidate resumes for open positions. Support candidates throughout the hiring process by responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews. Arrange candidate travel and related logistics as needed. Answer phones and greet employees, visitors, and candidates professionally. Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure compliance with established talent acquisition processes. Prepare and compile offer letters and related onboarding documentation. Assist recruiters and hiring managers in filling positions efficiently with qualified candidates. Support recruiting strategies and sourcing initiatives. Perform administrative duties to support the recruiting team. Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with administrative teams and coordinators across the organization to facilitate interview scheduling. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiencies. Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity to ensure transparency and measurable outcomes. Coordinate with external recruiting firms, job boards, social media platforms, and career fairs to support sourcing efforts. Maintain candidate records and update profiles within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or similar role. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proven customer service experience supporting internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and commitment to recruiting excellence. General knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities. Proficiency with Google Workspace applications. Experience managing calendars, meetings, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Prior HR or recruiting experience within construction, contracting, or related industries. Experience with Oracle HCM and ATS platforms. LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn sourcing experience. Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
