Accounts Payable Clerk

Position Accounts Payable Clerk Pay 24-25/hr Benefits Medical, dental, vision, 401k We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast-paced logistics organization. This role is ideal for someone with prior AP experience who is comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and can quickly process invoices while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices and payments, approximately 100 invoices every 60–90 minutes Review and match invoices against pricing and supporting documentation Process AP invoices related to fuel, transportation, and additional charges Ensure invoices are accurately coded, processed, and paid in a timely manner Research discrepancies and ask questions when clarification is needed Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing competing priorities Qualifications Previous Accounts Payable experience required Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas Comfortable asking questions and communicating with others to resolve issues Transportation/logistics industry experience is a plus, but not required Experience with Milo and OnBase is a plus, but not required Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
