What You'll Do as the Accounting Coordinator
• Coordinate invoice processing, approvals, documentation, and vendor setup.


• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice tracking, payment documentation, collections support, and tenant communications.


• Assist with security deposit activity, insurance documentation, corporate charge allocations, and other property-related accounting processes.


• Serve as a resource for tenants and vendors regarding accounting-related questions and documentation.


• Partner with Property Accountants to gather information and resolve outstanding items for month-end close.


• Maintain organized and accurate financial records across multiple properties.


• Help identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, organization, and efficiency.
What We're Looking for in an Accounting Coordinator
• Previous experience in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, property management, or a related administrative role.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.


• Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or another accounting/property management system is a plus, but not required.


• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.


The Accounting Coordinator will earn $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience.
