You will lead a manufacturing team, guiding them to achieve Production Operations objectives for one or more Undersea Warfare Programs. This role includes overseeing different program phases, from development to transition to production and production. You will serve as the key interface between Production Operations and the Lockheed Martin program management Offices (PMOs). Frequent collaboration with Technical Operations (engineering), Sourcing, Quality, Mission Success, and Finance teams will be integral to your work.
