What You’ll Do
- Prepare premium sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty dishes with exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.
- Assist with fish fabrication, mise en place, inventory, and station organization.
- Deliver an authentic omakase experience that exceeds guest expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-end Japanese restaurant or omakase concept.
- Strong knife skills and fish butchery experience.
- Deep understanding of Japanese ingredients and culinary techniques.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining precision and consistency.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for continuous learning.
