Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients in both in-person and virtual settings, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to facilitate client goal achievement.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment reviews, in compliance with company policies.

• Foster a safe and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring a focus on diverse identities, cultures, and experiences, and providing culturally competent care.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers, medical professionals, and support staff to coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure comprehensive service delivery for clients.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in clinical meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing service availability within the local community.

• Communicate regularly with the Clinical Director, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Utilize innovative and creative strategies to devise interventions that empower clients to exceed their expectations and achieve personal goals.

• Actively participate in activities that foster a culture of teamwork, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, which will require cultural sensitivity and adaptability. Your role will focus on enhancing mental health outcomes through personalized therapeutic interventions while also supporting clients with complex needs and varying degrees of mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure is mandatory for this position.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical documentation, including initial assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries in therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This LCSW role offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
