Business Strategy Manager

Our clientis seeking a Business Strategy Manager to join their team. As a Business Strategy Manager, you will be part of the Strategic Operations & Team Effectiveness department supporting cross-functional initiatives and leadership engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Strategy Manager Location: Palo Alto, CA What's the Job? Lead execution of multiple cross-functional strategic and technology acceleration programs across PS Strategy and STAR, ensuring clear priorities, alignment, and outcomes Define project scopes, milestones, owners, timelines, and success measures to keep initiatives on track Manage progress across multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans Bring structure, pace, and operational rigor to programs—from strategy and planning through incubation, execution, and follow-through Support leadership meetings, strategy reviews, offsites, and team engagements with high-quality preparation and execution What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred 12+ years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, consulting, or closely related roles Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development What's in it for me?
