Administrative Supervisor - Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced House Supervisor to provide overnight clinical leadership and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities Include Assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing/support staff during shifts. Serving as a resource and managing patient flow within the area. Supporting patient emergencies and leading incident command during disasters. Evaluating patient care effectiveness and addressing related issues. Responding to care complaints and contributing to staff hiring, training, and evaluations. Ensuring safety and performing additional duties as needed. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent. At least two years of RN experience with demonstrated leadership. Current RN license and BLS certification for respective states. Physical ability for frequent lifting, movement, and sustained alertness.
