Key Responsibilities\n

• Execute comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, which will guide effective treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate care, ensuring all aspects of a client's treatment are aligned and effectively managed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, state, and federal guidelines.
