Head of Customer Advocacy & Champions
Triwill Group
Klaviyo is looking for a high-ownership, high-visibility IC to lead the Champions program. You will own day-to-day operations, drive recruitment and onboarding, and ensure meaningful member engagement across experiences both virtual and in-person. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CS to surface Champion voices, enable go-to-market initiatives, and push activation earlier in product life cycles.
