The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing, delegates to LPNs and UAPs, and coordinates care from assessment through evaluation. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing health assessments, planning and implementing care, and leading process improvements for quality, safety, and patient satisfaction in a 24/7 environment.
