Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract

Telecommunication is seeking experienced ServiceNow CSM Developers to support the design and implementation of customer service workflows. Candidates must have deep hands-on expertise with the Customer Service Management (CSM) module and experience customizing ServiceNow to meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and develop CSM applications including Case Management, Customer Portals, and Playbooks.
• Implement workflows for case routing, SLA, knowledge management, and customer communication.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as CRM, telephony, or third-party ticketing tools.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance during sprint planning, testing, and deployment phases.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of focused experience with the CSM module.
• Strong understanding of Case Management, Account & Contact Models, and CSM Data Model.
• Proficiency in scripting (Glide, JavaScript), Flow Designer, and integration tools (REST, SOAP).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM certification.
• Familiarity with UI Builder and Experience Layer (ServiceNow Workspace).
• Telecom industry experience is a plus.
