Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather insights into clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Implement specific therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed treatments to foster healing.

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and interventions that align with clients’ goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients in immediate distress.

• Lead psychoeducation programs and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience and client engagement.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in line with ethical and legal standards of practice and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
