Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a middle school population in Burnsville, MN for the full 2026–2027 school year. This is an on-site role serving two middle schools, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services as needed
- Supervise and support SLPA, including guidance, oversight, and compliance with state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal requirements
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience supervising or willingness to supervise an SLPA
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- School-based experience preferred
