Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Minnesota SLP license (active or eligible)
• Experience in middle or secondary school settings preferred
• Supervisory experience or interest in overseeing SLPAs highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to students at two middle schools
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA responsible for providing the majority of services
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administration
• Maintain accurate records per school and state guidelines
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment
