We're seeking an Associate Attorney — Litigation to investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims, handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters, take and defend depositions, draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions, attend court hearings, and conduct examinations under oath.
