Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will have a variety of responsibilities centered around client care, including:

• Maintaining a personalized caseload by building rapport and establishing positive working relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular client meetings to evaluate progress, ensuring stability and continuity of care, and discussing discharge plans when appropriate.

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that prioritize each client's unique needs.

• Documenting client interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely progress notes that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Administering comprehensive intake assessments to establish a foundation for personalized treatment strategies.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques based on client needs and goals.
\n
• Participating in individualized supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth, providing crucial mental health support to adolescents navigating various emotional and psychological challenges. You will utilize evidence-based practices to help clients address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, fostering resilience and promoting positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
\n
• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements within the clinical setting.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or clients from substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
