Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments, focusing on the strengths of new patients and their families to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the identified needs of clients, addressing specific goals and challenges.

• Complete required documentation, including billing, individual treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within designated timelines.

• Develop comprehensive crisis management and wellness plans that assist clients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Create and implement discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition for patients once they are ready to conclude active therapy.

• Adhere to current federal and state laws along with organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in all aspects of care.

• Engage actively in professional development through training and continuing education, fostering an environment of excellence.

• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing insights and collaborative strategies to enhance client care.

• Maintain current licensure and complete all mandatory training requirements to uphold the highest industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Life Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. We serve clients facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more severe conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that is relevant to securing licensure.

• A valid license as a mental health professional, such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, in the State of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth practices or familiarity with digital therapeutic platforms is highly advantageous. Additionally, background knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
