Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries with a diverse caseload of clients.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and future appointments, guiding clients towards appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs of each individual.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes following each client interaction.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through individual supervision and collaboration with other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on youth clients, where you will work to build trust and foster therapeutic relationships, employing interventions that are meaningful to their developmental stages. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may face challenges including mental health issues, substance abuse, or trauma. Your role will be pivotal in supporting their journey toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical contexts.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
