- Assist in managing a shared accounts receivable/billing email inbox, prioritizing requests, assigning requests to team members, when appropriate, and responding to our customers timely.
- Handle billing related phone calls and assist our customers in resolving payment issues (including online payment assistance).
- Work with the billing system in processing various tasks, including invoice generation, billing contact updates and other transactions as needed.
- Communicate with other departments (Underwriting & Operations) as needed to help resolve billing related requests/issues.
