Job Responsibilities:
- Deposit Cash Receipts (ACH & checks) daily into our financial software
- Prepare and send invoices daily via email or SAP Portals to clients
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Perform collections of past due invoices
- Check/verify correct information and accuracy standards are adhered to for order entry
- Process credit card payments utilizing an online portal
- Maintain meticulous records/filing
- Assist Administration Manager in various day-to-day matters including special projects
The Ideal Candidate Has the Following Qualifications / Skills:
- Understanding of GAAP and AR processing
- Detail oriented

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to self-structure a dynamic workload
- Strong mathematical ability
- Capable of solving multifaceted problems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- 2 years previous Accounting experience required
- Manufacturing background preferred but not necessary
- Previous experience with ERP software required
Room for growth within department.
Office location in Belleville, NJ
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
