Accounts Payable Specialist
Duration: 6+ Months (Part time)
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should possess an associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in an accounts payable role is required, preferably within a corporate environment.
- The role demands a solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices, along with strong proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of NetSuite is considered a plus.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is essential.
