Section Manager of Facilities Irving Place HQ

Facilities is seeking to hire a Facilities Section Manager for our 4 Irving Place headquarters. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, compliant, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of the building, while leading both management and union teams. In addition, the manager will collaborate with various groups to identify, plan, and implement clean energy and carbon reduction initiatives, advancing our sustainability goals. Were looking for an energetic and motivated leader who brings exceptional communication, presentation, and team-building skills to the table. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative and a deep commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, budget management, and operational excellence.
