Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, develop integrated care plans, and ensure seamless access to various support services.

• Engage in multi-disciplinary teamwork, collaborating with colleagues from different professional backgrounds to enhance holistic client care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities tailored to the client’s presenting issues and personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily focus on diverse clients who may face a variety of psychosocial challenges within underserved communities in Tucson. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
